Please have a read through our terms and conditions below before making a booking.
In making a booking, you agree that:
Cleeve secure dog paddock will not take responsibility for any damage caused to you, your car, pet, or any item of property. You are responsible for your own (and your dog’s) safety and agree to use the field at your own risk.
Your dog and any other pets in your household do not show any signs of being unwell – the booking should be cancelled if any signs of a cough, vomiting or diarrhoea is present.
You or your dogs will not get out of your car until the previous clients are safely in their car or have left the premises.
Visiting dog(s) will be accompanied by their owner(s) at all times. We will not be held responsible for any dog that escapes from the field. Visitors should inspect the field to check it is suitable for their dog i.e fence height, proximity to road or farm animals.
Visiting dogs will not be let off the lead in the parking area.
You will be responsible for picking up poo after your dog and taking it home with you.
You will not allow your dog to dig holes in the field. If this does happen, they will need to be filled back in. Failure to rectify damage may result in a charge.
You are using the space for personal, recreational use only. (For commercial clients contact us)
You will respect the area and contents, children are welcome but must not be allowed to climb fences, gates, or agility equipment. We also ask you prevent them screaming or shouting to respect our neighbours.
You will collect all your personal items, including dog toys and rubbish after a session.
Your session is 50 minutes long, starting on the hour. This allows for a smooth changeover between visitors. Your dog(s) must be loaded back in vehicles by the end of the booked time. Any additional sessions due to over running the time slot must be paid for, this includes any cases where a dog cannot be caught.
You understand if your dog causes a disruption to neighbouring properties or damage you may be asked to leave and not use the facilities again.
You understand that the facilities may become muddy in bad weather and appropriate footwear should be worn.
All payments are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled with 24 hour’s notice.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings from anyone that does not comply with our terms and conditions.
